FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No, we are the only company that doesn’t charge a call-out fee. Our thinking is that you don’t get paid to travel to your place of work, so why should we charge you.

Our hourly rates are $70 per hour with a single man and a van for removal of small items like boxes, chairs, filing cabinets etc, or $120 per hour for 2 men and a truck, whether it be a medium or large truck. These are the cheapest rates in the market!

Yes, we have all types of insurances, from public liability, to workers compensation as well as insurance to cover any items or property that are damaged in the removal process.

The time taken to complete the job will vary from job to job. Jobs with easy access will be much quicker than say a job with stairs, elevators and places where the vehicles can’t pull up close to. Also, things like dismantling furniture, boxing items etc will all add time. If you want to reduce the costs, its best to have as much of your items packed down and boxed or wrapped. If you don’t have time, our team can do it.

We service all of Sydney and the surrounds, going as far as Newcastle in the North, and as far as Nowra down South, as far as Lithgow out West. If you need a move outside of this area, please contact us and we will see if it’s something we can do.

We provide removal services for offices, houses, apartments, warehouses, retail, restaurant and anything else you need moved. We also offer small moves such as parcels and boxes.

Yes, all our vehicles come with straps, blankets and trolleys so we can efficiently move your items quickly and without damage.

We don’t encourage people to help us with the moving and loading of the trucks. This is because items can be heavy and awkward to move, and our insurance covers our men for this and not clients. If you would like to help, the best help would be to have items boxed and wrapped, or furniture items dismantled. This is will save our drivers time, and in turn save you money.

Yes, we can dismantle and re install items.

We can accept credit card, bank transfer or cash on arrival.

Our delivery team operate 7 days a week, from 7am – 7pm. If you require a night move, this can be arranged, additional fees apply, please call or email for pricing.
